She understands firsthand the unique challenges faced by municipalities, tribal organizations, and small businesses — from limited resources and complex regulations to the need for practical, sustainable financial solutions. She brings more than four years of leadership experience across municipal government, tribal organizations, and accounting operations. Her background spans payroll administration, GAAP-compliant reporting, budget development, and financial oversight for organizations managing funds ranging from $1 million to over $5 million.
Throughout her career, she have led finance departments and overseen full-cycle accounting operations, managed complex payroll systems and regulatory reporting, prepared monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements, supported audits and worked directly with federal, state, and IRS auditors, implemented internal controls and enterprise risk management systems, cleaned up and organized financial records to improve accuracy and compliance, developed policies, contracts, and procedures to strengthen financial stability.
